There is a service phone number on the back of your insurance card.  Please call your insurance company to find out if your plan includes acupuncture benefits.

Please note: 
Coverage is often not 100% and the patient is responsible for the portion not covered.
We are able to bill to one insurance company only. If you have dual coverage, we will submit to the prime company and give you a receipt to submit to the alternate.

The Clinic provides this service as a courtesy to our patients. There have been times when claims do not go through due to the online portal being down or if your insurance company puts the claim on hold due to insufficient information on file, the patient is ultimately responsible for payment of treatment provided, we do not leave payments outstanding for service provided.
